  • Increased Profitability – Sheehan introduced processes designed to decrease out-of-date returns, subsequently reducing them from 2.0+% to less than 0.075%. This resulted in an increased profitability of $3 million per year.
  • Successful Vaccine Marketing Program – Sheehan led his Intervet team in a successful joint cattle vaccine marketing program with a major competitor.
  • Outstanding CAGR – Sheehan guided the Companion Animal Business Team to achieve four times the industry average CAGR for a two-year period.
